Hebi Saike Chemical Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary controlled by Lier Chemical Co., Ltd. It is a large state-owned holding company initiated and established by the China Academy of Engineering Physics. Lier Chemical is headquartered in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It has six production bases in Mianyang in Sichuan, Nantong in Jiangsu, Guang'an in Sichuan, Yueyang in Hunan, Hebi in Henan, and Jingzhou in Hubei. It also has a technical center in Chengdu and a marketing center in Shanghai. There are more than 4,000 employees. In April 2018, Lier Chemical Co., Ltd. (stock code 002258) increased its capital and invested in Hebi Saike Chemical Co., Ltd. 

Currently, Saike Chemical Company has an efficient R&D team, including one doctor, two masters, and many undergraduates, and it also has independent intellectual property patents. It is located in Hebi City, Henan Province, a famous historical and cultural city and the birthplace of East Asian ethnic surnames. It is engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of 2-methylpyridine, 2-cyanopyridine, 2,2-bipyridine, and other fine chemical intermediates. The company's geographical location is in the Taihang Mountains, and at the same time, it is close to 107 National Road, S302 Provincial Road, S303 Provincial Road, and S221 Provincial Road. Its location is less than 30 kilometers away from Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and less than 20 kilometers away from Shiwu High-speed Railway, with a beautiful environment and convenient transportation.
